Kitchen Review Guide (KRG) respects your privacy and has a privacy policy that describes how they collect, use, and protect your information. The Company recognizes the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children in the online environment. As such, the Service is not designed or intended to collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen. In adherence to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Company expressly requests that children under the age of thirteen refrain from providing any Personal Information through the Service. 8. International Transfers of Personal Information

For Users located within the European Union, Personal Information will be transferred to and processed by the Company’s personnel situated in the United States. 9. Do Not Track Features (DNT)

While most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications offer a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting that allows users to signal their preference for restricting the monitoring and collection of their online browsing activities, there is currently no universally recognized and implemented technical standard for interpreting and responding to DNT signals. Consequently, the Company does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other automated mechanisms that communicate a user’s choice to opt out of online tracking. Should a standard for online tracking be adopted in the future that the Company is obligated to follow, an updated version of this Privacy Policy will be issued to inform users of the Company’s practices in this regard.

10. Updates to this Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a revised “Last Updated” date, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon its publication.
